I was really excited to get my order because it looked so nice in the pictures, but the quality just wasn’t there. The wood had a rough spots, and finish looked kind of uneven in a few places. For the price, I was expecting a much better piece. It’s not awful to look at, but I’m disappointed overall...

The chair definitely looks nice in my living room, so at least it’s doing a solid job as decor. Sitting in it, though, is another story. The seat is way too firm, and after a little while my back starts reminding me that maybe style really does come at a price. For what I paid, I expected it to be much more comfortable. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from Denver Modern and was disappointed when my stuff showed up wrong. A couple of the items didn’t match what I picked online, and one option was completely different from what I selected.

I went back and checked my confirmation email just to make sure I hadn’t messed something up, but the order was correct on my end. It felt like nobody really reviewed it before sending it out.

Customer service did eventually respond, but it took longer than it should have and I still had to deal with the whole hassle of getting it fixed. For what they charge, I expected things to be right the first time, and if this happens again, I’d probably order somewhere else.

I like the clean, modern look overall, but some of the designs feel sorta basic for my taste. It’s not bad at all, just maybe a little too plain for what I was hoping for...

I had this put together way faster than expected — no hassle, no confusing parts, just a quick setup and it was done.

The shipping was a bit slower than I expected, so I did find myself checking the tracking more than once and wondering when it was actually going to show up. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, and it wasn’t like the package was lost, but it did take longer than I had in mind when I ordered it. That said, it eventually arrived in good condition, nothing was damaged, and everything was fine once it got here.

The table still looks good overall, but one corner got dinged up faster than I thought it would. It’s not a huge deal, and I wouldn’t say it’s a bad buy, but for the price I expected it to hold up a little better.

The wood looks great, the stitching is clean, and it just has that well-made feel in person. I’ll say this: I felt safe ordering from them, and that peace of mind counts for a lot. The only small downside was that I was a little unsure about the timing while waiting, but everything ended up showing up just right. Overall, they delivered exactly what I needed, and I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

The box showed up a bit later than expected, but everything inside was "totally fine" and in good shape.

The corners were covered, nothing was sliding around in the box, and the whole thing arrived clean with no dents or scratches. I sent them an email, they replied with super clear steps, and the Refund showed up without me having to keep following up. It took a few days, which felt normal, but nothing annoying. I really appreciated that they didn’t make the whole process weird or Complicated.

I really thought this would feel a lot nicer for the price. The design looks good, sure, but once I had it, the quality just didn’t seem to match what I paid. And of course, by the time you add shipping and all the little extras, it ends up costing more than you expected, like everything does now. Overall, it just felt overpriced to me, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I reached out to support and it took way too long to hear back. I get that teams can be busy, but when someone needs help, a quicker reply just seems like common sense. By the time they responded, it didn’t really solve much for me anyway.
